Live and let live!
I was in the store the other day when I overheard a woman complaining about the music, all that Christmas junk, and the crush at this time of year. She said exasperatedly that all this Jesus stuff was just created to have an excuse to get people to buy more and make it hard for regular shoppers to get around. I had to laugh. She is almost right.

It is the season….
Sorry I am not writing much. There is so much to do. There is cookie and stollen and hazelnut cake baking, and making straw stars, decorating the little tree, and repairing a doll, and making new outfits for her, and knitting socks for all and crocheting dishcloths for my children, and filling the wish lists, and writing cards, and…you get the drift. There are just not enough hours in the day.

Whey…what?
Good nutrition is the key to physical health, and whey plays a key role. Maligned as an “animal product” that causes acidity and other objectionable “problems” whey all but disappeared from use. Until recently whey was dumped into rivers and streams until researchers “discovered” the wealth of proteins, vitamins and minerals in it.
